Visiting the Archaearium
The Nathalie P. and Alan M. Voorhees Archaearium is located at Historic Jamestowne and is open from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Access to the Archaearium is free for visitors to Historic Jamestowne. School groups must reserve a time to visit the Archaearium. The fee is $30 per school group (30 students). Visiting Historic Jamestowne
Historic Jamestowne is open daily every day of the year (except Thanksgiving, December 25 and January 1). The front gate opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 4:30 PM. Once admitted, visitors may remain at Historic Jamestowne until dusk.

Military, and Access Passholders
Admission tickets are good for seven consecutive days.
Holders of NPS Interagency Annual and COLO Passes and Preservation Virginia members pay a discounted admission fee of $5 per adult (including all adults visiting on the pass).

Visitors to the site of the original James Fort can speak to archaeologists as they excavate the site on weekdays in the spring, summer and fall.
